By accessing or placing an order through the DEMOSMM panel ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Description of Services

DEMOSMM provides social‑media marketing ("SMM") services—including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, votes, and subscribers—delivered via automated software or third‑party APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any social‑media platform.

4. Pricing & Payments

1. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
2. Accepted payment methods include KHQR, ABA, WING, ACLEDA, True Money, Binance USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies. Payments are processed automatically via our secure gateway.
3. Funds deposited to your DEMOSMM balance are non‑transferable and non‑interest‑bearing.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

1. Orders typically begin within minutes but may take longer depending on platform conditions or service capacity. Stated delivery times are estimates only.
2. You understand and accept that delivery speed, retention, and refill protection depend on third‑party platforms beyond our control.
3. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if it is already processing or completed.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Re‐fills

1. Refunds to original payment method are not provided except in cases of duplicate transactions or services unavailable after purchase.
2. Eligible incomplete orders may be refunded to your DEMOSMM balance at our discretion.
3. Where a service includes a refill guarantee, you must open a support ticket within the specified timeframe (displayed on the service page). Abuse of the refill policy may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Usage Restrictions

1. You agree not to use our services for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
   Artificially inflating metrics for illicit activities;
   Harassing, defaming, or otherwise harming others;
   Violating the terms of any social‑media platform.
2. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. API Access & Automation

1. Registered users may request an API key to automate orders.
2. You are solely responsible for securing your API credentials. All actions performed using your key are deemed to be authorized by you.
3. DEMOSMM may throttle or revoke API access in the event of abuse, excessive usage, or security concerns.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of DEMOSMM or its licensors. You acquire no right or license to use any DEMOSMM trademark or other intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided "as‑is" and "as‑available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted service, or that the services will satisfy your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEMOSMM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits or data—arising out of your use of the Platform or services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DEMOSMM and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phnom Penh.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DEMOSMM regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
